At Two Ways, we have handpicked our products to ensure that the food and drinks we serve to you meet the standards of quality and flavour that we envisioned when designing our menu.
OUR ESPRESSO: All of our espresso based drinks are made using Cartapani Extra, superior blend. Founded in 1951 in Walter’s native city of Brescia, Lombardy, Cartapani is a name synonymous with “traditional, Italian espresso”. Rich, robust, and with a thick crema, this full-bodied Latin American and South Asian blend packs a punch!

OUR TURKISH COFFEE: In search of a traditional Turkish coffee, we needed to find a blend that would hold up in flavour and aroma to Seda’s memories of Istanbul. Özerlat turned out to be the company for us. This small, family run, and generationally operated coffee company, has been based in Nicosia, Northern Cyprus since 1917. The heritage blend we use in the cafe is crafted with 100% Brazilian Arabica beans, with a velvety foam, and notes of freshly-baked biscuits, bitter chocolate and rose.

OUR TEAS: While at a food fair in London, we came across Hoogly Tea. This East Sussex based company was founded by a Danish tea enthusiast currently residing in Brighton. Hoogly’s unique range of blends are all-natural, ethically sourced and fairtrade, not to mention packaged in fully biodegradable tea pyramids. “Hoogly” is a phonetic spelling of the Danish adjective “hyggelig”, translating conceptually to the cosiness of home, family, warmth, sentimentality, and togetherness.

OUR PIZZA:Two Ways may be a small neighbourhood cafe, but don’t be deceived, we have a traditional Italian stone pizza oven in the back! Vegetarian? Then you’ll enjoy our simple Margherita with fresh basil, or perhaps our Boscaiola, with fragrant and herby marinated forest mushrooms imported from Italy. In the mood for meat? Looking for something unique? Then why not have a pizza with thinly sliced Sucuk, a halal Turkish sausage infused with cumin, zesty sumac and Garlic!
OUR PASTRIES: We offer a range of pastries, including apricot, pistachio, and vegan Cornetti (the often cream or jam filled Italian version of the croissant), and amaretto biscuits baked by an Italian producer. Made in house you’ll find a number of different treats that may vary depending on the day, including Seda’s Tahini cookies and Walter’s diverse selection of Cakes.
Important Information
We handle numerous ingredients and allergens in our small kitchen. Even though we have controls in place to reduce the risk of contamination, unfortunately it is not possible for us to guarantee that our dishes will be 100% allergen free.
