When we left London for Bristol in 2017, we were ready to do our own thing. We wanted to focus on the Italian and Turkish foods that we knew and loved - and do them our way. (plus, I was tired of people telling me how to make coffee! – Walter) And that's how Two Ways was born.
We believe that food should be delicious, nourishing. It should bring joy. That's why in our café, you will always find good, honest food made using the freshest ingredients. You just cannot beat a sandwich made using freshly baked focaccia or ciabatta.
As an independent neighbourhood café, we're also inspired by our customers. Our menu regularly changes to feature more of the things that they like, but also new flavours that we think they’d enjoy. Since we opened in 2019, we’ve always had a special relationship with our customers – and we are really grateful for that.
Ultimately, the food and drink we serve are a reflection of ourselves. From our crispy Turkish boreks to our rich, Italian-style coffee, we pour our passion and love into our craft. And we're glad that we get to share it with you.
